Wastewater Treatment Systems
Kerry Rand is our in house Registered On Site Waste Water Practitioner (ROWP). We can design and install your Type 1 or Type 2 septic system based on your needs. Our service includes all aspects of design and installation including your septic permit, site evaluation, soil analysis, perc tests, preliminary design, final design package with a comprehensive maintenance plan and letter of certification, preparation and submission to Vancouver Coastal Health Authority. Our on-site waste water solutions are always conducted in a timely, cost efficient manner that we take great pride in. Each waste water treatment method is meticulously designed through on site soil and perc analysis along with Kerry’s methodical planning. We also work closely with professional engineers on sites with more stringent wastewater criteria.

Our trucks are available for smaller projects as well. We can deliver rocks, aggregate and topsoil anywhere on the coast.
